ATLANTA, GA -- Lucas Taylor scored a career-high 28 points and Jay'Den Turner pulled down 15 rebounds to lead Georgia State to a dominating 90-62 win over Georgia Southern before 3,152 fans at the GSU Convocation Center Saturday.
Georgia State (9-7, 4-1) won its third straight game to improve to 4-1 in the Sun Belt Conference, and the Panthers sit in a three-way tie for second place in the conference standings.
The Panthers had four players score in double figures, led by Taylor, who went 11-for-16 from the field, including 5-for-6 on 3-pointers.
