ATLANTA -- The 2019 college football season is still 11 weeks away, but the Georgia State football team is back on campus for summer workouts and preparations for the Panthers' 10th football season.
All 20 members of head coach Shawn Elliott's 2019 recruiting class are now enrolled and participating in workouts, along with the returning veterans.
The Panthers have also added four-year transfers in linebacker Kyle Wright from North Carolina and receiver Corey Reed from Louisville.
