ATLANTA -- The Dell McGee era of Georgia State football hit the practice field for the first time Tuesday as the Panthers resumed spring practice under their new head coach.
"Overall, I thought it was a pretty good first day," McGee said after the morning workout at Center Parc Stadium. "I thought our kids were very enthusiastic and our coaches were organized. Of course we have things to clean up. We are establishing our base fundamentals and the culture that we want to build at practice, but really a good first day."
Today's workout was the first of 13 sessions of spring practice under McGee, which will culminate with the Spring Game, scheduled for Friday, April 12 at 4 p.
