ATLANTA – The Georgia State men and women's soccer teams are facing off in a challenge to raise awareness and funds for Vs. Cancer.
Vs. Cancer empowers sports teams, athletics, and the community to help kids with cancer. As a signature fundraising program of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Vs. Cancer proceeds help fund child life programs in local hospitals, benefiting all children with cancer at that hospital, and lifesaving pediatric brain tumor research.
Vs. Cancer was created in 2006 when founder Chase Jones was diagnosed at 18 years told with a Stage IV brain tumor.
