ATLANTA -- Jake Corso and Elian Merejo drove in four runs each as Georgia State rallied from an early 7-2 deficit for a 15-7 victory over Georgia Southern in the second game of Saturday's season-ending doubleheader on Senior Day at the GSU Baseball Complex. Georgia Southern won the first game 7-2.
Georgia State finishes the season at 15-41, 6-24 in the Sun Belt Conference.
Seven Panthers seniors were honored before the doubleheader, and six of them were able to take part in the victory.
"It always feels good to win," head coach Greg Frady said.
