ATLANTA -- Georgia State overcame a slow start to beat Life 93-49 Sunday afternoon at the GSU Sports Arena.
The Panthers trailed by two at the end of the 1st Quarter but out-scored the Running Eagles 25-11 in the 2nd Quarter and scored a school-record 36 points in the 3rd Quarter to pull away.
Tehya Lyons was one of nine Panthers to record an assist in the contest as the team totaled 20, the most since 1/25/18 vs. UT Arlington. Lyons led the way with six assists.
"It shows that we're playing together," Lyons said.
