ATLANTA -- Georgia State downed Georgia Highlands 12-2 in a 10-inning fall exhibition game Saturday at the GSU Baseball Complex.
Ten Panther pitchers threw one inning each and combined to strike out 15, while junior first baseman Ryan Glass drove in three runs with a single and a sacrifice fly to lead the offense. Freshman outfielder-first baseman Kyle Riesselmann added a two-run single.
"It was a great job day as we started to implement our philosophy and how we are going to play the game," first-year head coach Brad Stromdahl said.
