Panthers to Play in 25th Annual Empire Classic Benefiting Wounded Warrior Project; Face Duke and Georgetown

ATLANTA – Coming off a second-straight NCAA Tournament appearance, it was announced on Thursday that the Georgia State men’s basketball team will compete in the 25th annual Empire Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project.

Under first-year head coach Rob Lanier, Georgia State will play four games in just over a week in one of the premier events in the country.

The Panthers will open the event with two games taking place in regional round competition at Duke and Georgetown, before traveling west for two additional games.
