ATLANTA – Georgia State Athletics enjoyed one of its most successful semesters with a combined 3.24 grade point average for the fall 2022 term.
The 3.24 GPA marks the 29th consecutive semester that GSU Athletics has maintained a GPA (semester or cumulative) of 3.0 or higher, dating back to 2008 and equals the third-highest figure on record for the athletic department. The Panthers also posted a 3.24 GPA for fall 2021, and the only higher terms were spring 2020 (3.40) and spring 2017 (3.30).
A total of 234 student-athletes earned academic honors with a semester GPA of 3.
