CONWAY, S.C. -- After trailing by 11 in the third quarter, Georgia State dominated the final 10 minutes to knock off Coastal Carolina 76-65 Saturday at the HTC Center in Conway.
The Panthers outscored the Chanticleers 26-7 in the fourth quarter and ended the game on a 19-2 run to complete the two-game sweep on the road at Coastal.
Georgia State lead by two after the opening period but found themselves trailing by 11 in the final minute of the third quarter. Moriah Taylor drilled a deep, step-back 3-pointer to end the quarter, helping spark the comeback heading into the final period.
