ATLANTA – Coming off a memorable 2017-18 season and successful eight weeks of summer practice, the Georgia State men’s basketball team leave for a nine-day international tour to Spain on Tuesday.
The Panthers will depart Atlanta on an overnight flight to Spain, landing in Madrid on Wednesday morning. Georgia State will spend the day adjusting to the six-hour time change with a little bit of sight-seeing of Madrid scheduled.
“Our guys are really looking forward to the trip to Spain,” head coach Ron Hunter said. “After eight weeks of practice, I think they are hungry to play against someone else to see how far we have come this summer.
