ARLINGTON, Texas – Georgia State women’s basketball team fell 69-45 to UT Arlington Saturday at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas.
Madison Ervin scored a career-high 16 points to pace the Panthers. Jada Lewis scored 10 points for GSU and Allison Johnson scored nine with five rebounds.
UT Arlington jumped on top early and didn’t relinquish the lead. The Mavericks made their first four 3-pointers of the game to build a 12-point lead after the first quarter.
Georgia State fought back in the second quarter and cut UTA’s lead down to six, but that would be as close as the Panthers would get on Saturday.
