CLINTON, S.C. -- Playing its final non-conference game of the season, Georgia State fell at Presbyterian 11-7 Tuesday afternoon at the PC Baseball Complex.
Catcher Dalton Davies went 3-for-4 with two RBI for the Panthers (14-39).
Presbyterian (27-26) broke open a 2-1 game with a nine-run sixth-inning to take an 11-1. The Blue Hose took advantage of four walks and a hit batter in the inning.
The Panthers responded with five runs in the sixth on a two-run single by Davies, sacrifice flies by Daino Deas and Griffin Cheney, a bases-loaded walk by Chase Frady and a wild pitch to pull within 11-6.
