ATLANTA -- Georgia State dropped its series finale to Bryant 5-1 Sunday at the GSU Baseball Complex.
Bryant (2-5) won the series while the Panthers fell to 4-3 on the season.
The Bulldogs jumped in front with three runs in the first inning, taking advantage of two walks, a hit batter an error and a passed ball to take a lead they would not relinquish.
The Panthers got one run back in the bottom half as Ryan Glass led off with a single, advanced to second on an error, moved to third on a fly ball and scored on a wild pitch.
