ATLANTA -- Daino Deas and Jake Corso had three hits each and Josh Smith and Luke Leonard each drove in two in Georgia State's 9-5 victory over Georgia Southwestern Tuesday at the GSU Baseball Complex.
On a staff day, freshman Ryan Watson allowed no earned runs in four innings to earn the victory. Senior right fielder Brandon Bell made his first appearance of the season on the mound and closed the game with two scoreless innings for his first save of the season and the second of his career.
