ATLANTA -- The first week of preseason camp is complete for the Georgia State football team as the Panthers held practice No. 4 Saturday morning.
After a day off Sunday, the Panthers will return to the practice field Monday morning. The first practice in full pads is Tuesday morning.
Georgia State, coming off a 7-5 season capped by its first bowl victory, opens the 2018 season on Thursday, Aug. 30, hosting Kennesaw State at 7 p.m. at Georgia State Stadium.
"A good first week, but obviously there's still a lot of work to do," Elliott said.
