ATLANTA – The Georgia State baseball program signed eight high school student-athletes to National Letters of Intent during the fall signing period, head coach Greg Frady announced.
The class includes four pitchers, three infielders and one catcher. Seven of the eight hail from Georgia, including six from Metro Atlanta, while the eighth is from Texas. Five signees are Perfect Game All-Americans, three earned first or second-team all-state honors in Georgia, and three led their teams to state titles last spring.
“This is a very important year in our recruiting process,” Frady said. “With us losing so many seniors, we needed to really hit the mark in certain positions in order to bolster our team for the future.
