ATLANTA--Georgia State tied the game on a three-point play by Brenden Tucker with 26 seconds left, but Georgia Tech came away with the 59-57 win on a basket by Miles Kelly with four seconds left Saturday night at the GSU Convocation Center.
After splitting a pair of overtime games the last two years, the two Atlanta schools went down to the wire again as Georgia State (1-1) rallied form eight points down in the final three minutes. Ja'Heim Hudson led the Panthers with a career-high 23 points and 11 rebounds, and Jamaine Mann added 13 points before a crowd of 4,083 on the GSU campus.
