ATLANTA - Georgia State's summer workouts continued on Wednesday with only a couple weeks left before the players go home for August. The back-to-back Sun Belt Conference Champions added a wealth of new talent in the offseason and two of those student-athletes sat down to talk today.
One of the things that both Jojo Toppin and Joe Jones III are adapting to his change this summer. Toppin transferred to Georgia State following his freshman season at Georgia, while Jones is a true freshman looking to make an immediate impact.
Both spent time talking about their personalities today as well as one of the biggest things that brought them to Georgia State: head coach Rob Lanier.
