ATLANTA – Georgia State men’s soccer head coach Brett Surrency announced the signing of four prospective student-athletes during the fall signing period, kicking off the 2019 signing class for the Panthers.
The defending Sun Belt Champions will welcome four highly-touted recruits, three of which played club soccer in Georgia. All four inked their national letter of intent with Georgia State and will join Surrency and company for the upcoming 2019 season.
Ross Finnie (MF – Carnoustie, Scotland)
Played prep soccer at Thomas Alleyne's High School in Staffordshire, England … Played primarily as a center midfielder … Earned 12 total caps for the Scotland national team from U16-U18 … Helped lead his school to three county championships … Played for Wolves U23 team … Guided the Wolves to win the Bitzer Cup in 2015 … Has totaled 17 goals with the Wolves … Scored two goals and added an assist in a match against Sunderland.
