ATLANTA -- Head women's soccer coach Ed Joyce released the 2020 schedule Thursday as the Panthers prepare for a 14-match season.
"We are excited to get back to some semblance of normality," Joyce said. "This has been an abnormal preseason with new challenges. After weeks of scrimmaging each other, the players are ready to face someone new in the coming weeks."
Georgia State will kick off its season Sept. 11 at Mercer and will play three road matches before the home opener on Sept. 20 against Sun Belt-foe Coastal Carolina.
"The league coaches were all proactive and we decided on a schedule format that would cut down on travel," Joyce explained.
