ATLANTA -- Georgia State tennis standout Felipe Jaworski was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® Division I Men's At-Large Team, announced Wednesday by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
The senior from Buenos Aires, Argentina, made the third team with a 4.22 cumulative grade-point average while majoring in actuarial science. He has the highest GPA on the 45-man At-Large team.
Jaworski went 10-2 in singles and 8-6 in doubles this spring to help the Panthers a school-record 19 victories, the Sun Belt Conference championship and a berth in the NCAA Winston-Salem Regional. He was a four-year starter with a career singles record of 48-21 in dual matches, including 25-5 over his junior and senior seasons.
