CLINTON, S.C. -- JoJo Jackson's grand slam ignited a seven-run fourth inning to send Georgia State to a 20-0 win at Presbyterian for the largest shutout victory in program history.
The Panthers earned a split in Saturday's doubleheader as Presbyterian scored four runs in the ninth inning for a 9-8 walk-off win in Game 1.
Georgia State (7-4) hit five home runs on the day, including two by Max Ryerson. The senior went 5-for-8 on the day with four RBI and four runs scored. After hitting a school-record 22 homers in 2022, Ryerson has 26 homers for the Panthers to move into a tie for ninth place in GSU annals.
