ATLANTA- The Georgia State men’s tennis team closed out its fall tournament schedule this weekend at the Georgia Tech Fall Invite, with Giles Hussey and Kevin Huynh winning the White Doubles bracket.
The Panthers had a solid performance at the tournament, with one doubles pair advancing to the finals and several singles players advancing to the quarterfinals. The team went 15-11 in singles play and 7-3 in doubles play.
In the Old Gold Doubles bracket, Andrei Andrukhou and Quentin Coulaud fell in the semifinals to eventual bracket winner Carlos Divar and Michael Kay 8-2 while Sebastian Acuna and Jack MacFarlane fell to the pair 8-5 in the finals.
