ATLANTA-Georgia State used a dominating performance on the glass to earn a 76-64 win over South Alabama on Saturday afternoon at the GSU Sports Arena in the regular season finale for both teams.
Junior Taylor Hosendove recorded her 17th career double-double finishing with 16 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. The 17-career double-doubles ties Brittany Logan for ninth on Georgia State's all-time list.
With the win, Georgia State (13-10, 9-7 Sun Belt) won for the third-straight time and wrapped up a bye and the No. 2 seed in the upcoming Sun Belt Conference Championship in Pensacola, Fla.
