Hosendove's Double-Double Leads Panthers to 74-61 Win

ATLANTA -- Georgia State started off the 2020 GSU Holiday Classic with a 74-61 win over Western Carolina Sunday at the GSU Sports Arena.

Georgia State won the tip and Taylor Hosendove found Kam Dziak for a quick 3-pointer just six seconds into the game. The Panthers led for the remainder of the game and won every quarter except the fourth where both teams scored 21 points each.

Hosendove recorded her 11th career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. She added a pair of assists and a pair of blocks as well.

Tehya Lyons totaled 10 points while Taniyah Worth and Hannah Sadler scored nine each.
