CONWAY, S.C.- Georgia State volleyball fell in a four-setter to Coastal Carolina (25-19, 23-25, 25-19, 25-14) on Sunday. The Panthers are now 0-2 in Sun Belt play.
Sydney Stroud extended her double-digit kill streak to six matches with 10 on the outing. Meisheia Griffin added 10 kills of her own and led the team with five blocks. The Panthers continued to split setting duties with Kampbell Hehr and Jordan Shoemaker posting 18 and 20 assists respectively.
Coastal Carolina would lead the entire first frame, but Georgia State would keep in striking distance up until the end.
