ATLANTA – Both the Georgia State men's and women's golf was acknowledged among the top 10 percent of the teams in the country for their multiyear Academic Progress Rate (APR) announced by the NCAA on Tuesday.
It marks the fourth-straight year that women's golf has been acknowledged among the top 10 percent. The program currently has a single and multi-year perfect score of 1,000.
The men's golf team also reported a multi-year rate of 1,000.
Eight different Georgia State programs have been recognized since the awards started to be announced.
Each year, the NCAA honors selected NCAA Division I sports teams by publicly recognizing their latest multiyear NCAA Division I Academic Progress Rate.
