ATLANTA-Looking to give the football team a home field advantage in the AutoNation Cure Bowl, Georgia State is calling for a “White-Blue Out” for the Panthers match-up in Orlando, Fla., with San Jose State on Dec. 19.
The Panthers will be wearing their white jerseys and blue pants during their first bowl game appearance and all Georgia State fans are encouraged to wear white shirts and blue pants to match the team.
Georgia State is 5-1 this season in the uniform combination that they will wear in the bowl game.
In a remarkable turnaround orchestrated by third-year head coach Trent Miles, the Panthers (6-6 overall, 5-3 Sun Belt/4th place) enter bowl season as one of the nation's hottest teams after winning four straight games and five on their last seven.
