South Alabama (19-20, 8-10 Sun Belt) swept the series, but in all three games, the Panthers (12-28, 3-15 Sun Belt) led in the seventh inning or later.
The Panthers jumped in front on Brandon Bell's RBI-single in the first inning and then took a 3-1 lead in the fourth.
