ATLANTA -- Georgia State scored a season-high 28 points in the final quarter Thursday against Louisiana, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Ragin' Cajuns who escaped the Sports Arena with a 75-65 victory.
Four Panthers finished in double figures led by Jada Lewis with 12 points, nine of which came in the final 10 minutes.
Allison Johnson, Taylor Hosendove, and Taylor Henderson each finished with 11 points. Shaq Miller-McCray narrowly missed a double-double with nine points, 12 rebounds and four blocks.
Georgia State fell behind early and Louisiana spent the majority of the contest fighting off runs by the Panthers.
