ATLANTA— Georgia State is disappointed to announce that Georgia Tech is canceling our game scheduled for September 19, 2026 at Center Parc Credit Union Stadium.
"We are greatly disappointed in the contract not being fulfilled, especially considering that we played at Bobby Dodd this fall," Georgia State Atheltic Director Charlie Cobb said. "Moving forward, we will take the cancelation fee and invest significantly in our program."
The Panthers were set to host the second game of a home-and-home series with Georgia Tech, signed in November 2019.
Georgia State will actively seek a replacement opponent for the 2026 game and will provide further updates as details become available.
