ATLANTA – Georgia State Stadium marked another first on Saturday night as the Foo Fighters rocked the stadium for the first-concert with perfect weather conditions and a packed crowd.
The Struts opened the show and played for just under an hour before handing it over to the Foo Fighters who opened this leg of the Concrete and Gold North American Tour just over a week ago in Austin, Texas.
The Foo Fighters played many of their hits including Learn to Fly, The Pretender, My Hero and Everlong.
The inaugural concert was booked by Georgia State alum Lucy Lawler-Freas and produced by Josh Antenucci, partners of Atlanta promoter Rival Entertainment.
