ATLANTA – After months of waiting, Georgia State Stadium will host its first concert for Saturday, when the Foo Fighters return to Atlanta as a part of the Concrete and Gold North American Tour.
Gates for the show will open at 5 p.m. and the concert will begin with The Struts at 7 p.m.
The inaugural concert is booked by Lucy Freas and will be produced by Josh Antenucci, partners of Atlanta promoter Rival Entertainment. Well versed in producing notable live events in public and unique spaces, Rival's work includes the three-day Outkast reunion concerts and Foo Fighter's 2015 sold out concert, both at Centennial Olympic Park.
