ATLANTA – Georgia State men's tennis duo Andrei Duarte and Roberts Grinvalds were slotted at No. 28 in Tuesday's Oracle/ITA Division I Men's Doubles Rankings, giving the pair the highest doubles ranking in school history.
Duarte and Grinvalds own a 9-4 overall record in 2019-20, including a 4-2 mark on the dual season. The duo earned a ranked win over No. 47 Francois Musitelli/Jannik Giesse of Old Dominion in the season opener, then rattled off two more wins to open the spring season 3-0. Duarte and Grinvalds' only losses of the season came against Auburn's Matteo DeVincentis/Tyler Stice and South Florida's Rithvik Bollipalli/Jacob Wojcik, both of which are ranked in the top 70 of the latest Oracle/ITA doubles rankings.
