DePaul's Justin Roberts Transferring to Georgia State

ATLANTA – Georgia State head coach Ron Hunter announced Tuesday that DePaul guard Justin Roberts will transfer to GSU this summer and have three years of eligibility remaining. Roberts will redshirt the 2018-19 season before beginning play for the Panthers in 2019-2020.

Roberts played in 30 games for DePaul as a freshman, averaging 4.3 points, 2.1 assists, and 1.2 rebounds in 15.1 minutes per game. He scored a career-high 19 points with five rebounds against Illinois.

“Our program is excited to welcome Justin to Georgia State,” head coach Ron Hunter said. “Justin is a talented guard who will fit our system perfectly.
