ATLANTA -- More than 20 Major League Baseball scouts were on hand for Georgia State's annual Pro Scout Day, held Thursday at the GSU Baseball Complex.
"We had a really great turnout from the scouts and a lot of great baseball played today," 11th-year head coach Greg Frady said. "It did feel like game day, and I thought that really elevated our play.
"All in all, I thought we pitched pretty today, but we also hit, and that was led by Cam Sperry," Frady continued. "And that was great to see because Cam is coming off an injury and he has put in a lot of hard work.
