STATESBORO - More accolades have arrived for Georgia Southern head coach Sean McCaffrey's incoming freshman recruiting class. In addition to being the No. 15-rated class overall in the rankings published by the Tennis Recruiting Network, the class has also been recognized as the No. 2 class among all mid-major schools.
The Eagles' five incoming freshmen - Hannah Eifert (Schermbeck, Germany); Franzi Heinemann (Bad Driburg, Germany); Lisen Rinman (Stockholm. Sweden); Amelie Rosadoro (Alicante, Spain) and Evelyn Warkentin (Aschendorf, Germany) - place second behind only Pepperdine, which has had the top-ranked mid-major recruiting class five times previously.
