STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern women's tennis program has cracked the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) NCAA Division I Women's Team Rankings, sponsored by Tennis-Point. The Eagles check in at No. 74 in the latest release, earning the first ITA national ranking for Georgia Southern women's tennis in program history.
The Eagles, who are 7-1 on the young season and riding a seven-match winning streak, continue to add program firsts under Head Coach Sean McCaffrey. Georgia Southern captured its first Sun Belt Conference tournament title in 2021, earning the program's first NCAA Championships berth that season.
