Women’s Golf Signs Transfer Drive Tunwannarux

STATESBORO – Georgia Southern head women's golf coach Mimi Burke announced the signing of mid-year sophomore transfer Natachanok "Drive" Tunwannarux. Tunwannarux will begin competing this spring for the Eagles after transferring from the University of Georgia.

In her freshman campaign at Georgia, Tunwannarux participated in 10 events including all nine spring tournaments. She finished her freshman year with a 73.81 average over 26 rounds and third on the team with eight par-to-better rounds. Drive posted her best finish of the season placing fourth at the 2024 Lady Bulldog Championship.

Prior to Georgia, Tunwannarux competed in 56 World Amateur Golf Ranking events between 2018-22 and posted 11 victories.
