STATESBORO- Georgia Southern volleyball (10-1) has tied its longest win streak since 2013 after sweeping Winthrop (3-7) and earning its ninth consecutive victory, hitting over .270 in each set.

"It started from our service line pressure, I thought we did a nice job of going back there and attacking where we needed to," head coach Chad Willis "More importantly, I think we disrupted what they were trying to do offensively. I'm really happy for the group."

Two kills by Reagan Barth and Lydia Seymour started the match and the Eagles remained in rhythm throughout the opener.
