STATESBORO– Georgia Southern volleyball (19-4, 9-3 SBC) officially cemented a perfect 14-0 home slate with a dominant sweep of in-state rival Georgia State (14-12, 5-9) on Saturday at Hanner Fieldhouse.
The Eagles honored their six seniors before the game - Ashlyn Lovett, Jillian Gray, Jordan Christy, Robin Rosser, Logan Jones and Paige Powers.
"We always talk about leaving it better than you found it, and that's something this group has done ever since they got here," head coach Chad Willis said.
