Atlanta, Ga. --- The Georgia Southern Swim & Dive team participated in Swim Across America for now the second straight year to unofficially kick off the season. The team swam in Lake Lanier and although times were not recorded, it was an important day for everyone involved.
For new head coach Morgan McCafferty, it was her first experience leading a team. To sum up, the day for her today "was a lot of fun", says Coach McCafferty., "It was a blast. They [the team] were really excited about this whole experience and they really wanted to just get out there and see what they could do.
