TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Georgia Southern softball scored twice in the seventh inning to edge UMass, 4-3, and earn a split in Saturday's action in the FSU Dugout Club Classic in Tallahassee, Fla. The Eagles lost to host and No. 5-ranked Florida State, 4-0, in their other game on Saturday.
The Eagles (10-9) will wrap up action in the Classic with a single game on Sunday, facing the No. 5-ranked Seminoles at 11:15 a.m.

The Eagles trailed the Minutewomen (3-9), 3-1, heading into the top of the sixth inning in Saturday's first game.
