STATESBORO – Senior Hannah McGlockton tallied a career-high 17 kills, and Georgia Southern hit .342 as a team to post a 3-0 (25-9, 25-19, 25-21) volleyball victory over Presbyterian in the season opener for both schools.

McGlockton hit .400 for the match, putting down 17 balls on 30 swings. Senior Baylor Bumford tallied 10 kills, and classmate Christina Walton finished with five kills and three blocks.
Freshman Jillian Gray posted eight kills to go along with a team-high 15 digs, and rookie Robin Rosser collected eight kills and two blocks.
