STATESBORO, GA. - A line of thunderstorms passing through Bulloch County has forced first pitch of Saturday's second game of the Arkansas State series to be rescheduled for7:30 pm. The inclement weather is expected to clear the area and allow the field to dry before the new scheduled start time.
Georgia Southern took game one of the weekend series on Friday night with a 7-4 win. Tyler Martin went 3-for-3 and scored a pair of runs to pace the Eagles in the opener. Chase Cohen will get the ball as Georgia Southern's starting pitcher as the sophomore goes for his fifth win of the season.
