STATESBORO, Ga. - Former Georgia Southern women's basketball player Patrice Butler has signed for the coming season with Reims Basket Feminin from France LF2.
Reims Basket Feminin is located in Reims, France, about two hours north of Paris. Reims Basket Feminin participates in the second division of the French Basketball Association, Fédération Française de Basket-Ball (FFBB). Last year, they posted a 15-11 record and finished sixth in their league.
"This is an awesome and exciting opportunity for me," Butler said. "I would like to thank my coaches, teammates, and the athletic administration for supporting me throughout the years at Georgia Southern.
