STATESBORO – Georgia Southern men's soccer head coach John Murphy, the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year, announced Monday a rebranding of the men's soccer camps, now known as the John Murphy Eagle Soccer Academy. Included in the newly branded soccer camps will be the high school boys' Eagle Soccer Academy Winter ID Camp held in Statesboro, January 7-8, 2017.
"We are excited in our first season to win our conference and really put a marker for how our program is going to go forward," Murphy said. "The launch of the John Murphy Eagle Soccer Academy falls in line with the overall philosophy of running a comprehensive soccer program in that we aim to have a local, regional and national impact on and off the field.
