BLUFFTON, S.C.. – The Georgia Southern men's golf team shot the two lowest rounds of the day and leads the Colleton River Collegiate after 36 holes Monday at the Colleton River Club Nicklaus Course.
Georgia Southern (-16) recorded a 278 in the first round and a 282 in the second and leads Kansas State (-10) by six strokes. Tournament host Michigan State (-7) is tied with South Florida for third, and Ohio State (-4) is in fifth. The field features four teams in the top-45 and six individuals in the top-100 in the country, according to Golfstat.
