EL DORADO, Ark. – Little Rock's Jansen Smith and Magnus Lumholt rolled in a pair of birdie putts on the par-3 16th hole to take control of their matches and lead the Trojans to a 3-1-1 win over Georgia Southern in the championship match of the Sun Belt Men's Golf Championship Wednesday at Mystic Creek Golf Club.
Smith trailed Eagle freshman Hogan Ingram by a hole when he rolled in a downhill 15-footer for birdie on 16 and then went on to halve 17 and 18. Lumholt was all square with Eagle senior Mason Williams before he crammed in a 35-footer uphill for a birdie on 16 to go 1UP, and the duo halved 17.
